Error Code: 80810001

80810001 is triggered by a component failure on the mainboard, typically a capacitor near to, or on the HDMI circuit. Unfortunately, it can be caused by tens, if not hundreds of different small components or ICs. There isn't a definitive fix for it. That said, there are a few known causes which can trigger this error code, such as:

HDMI IC (MN864739) Failure

The HDMI IC (MN864739) requires several voltage rails for operation. These rails aren't generated by the IC itself, and instead rely on other components such as the Southbridge or voltage regulators. If one of these rails fail, that can trigger the error code.

Small capacitors and/or diode failure on HDMI circuit

We've seen some of the small 0201 capacitors fail short on the HMDI circuit, or the small "DJ" diodes failing, which can in turn pull down the voltage rails supplying the HDMI IC and triggering this error.
